Dear Valued Customer,

We would like to inform you that as of January 1^st, 2013, Promega will no longer distribute Thermo Scientific products in Europe. Amongst these products are the MBP^® and ART^® consumables as well as Finnpipette^® pipettes. While remaining committed to providing European customers with the best research tools and reagents, we have determined that the distribution arrangement with Thermo Scientific was no longer consistent with the needs of our mutual customers and Promega's strategic alignment. Therefore, Promega has decided to focus on its core business, where we can ensure the high level of service and the competitive pricing you have come to expect from us.

We will strive to make this transition as smooth as possible for all parties. Thermo Scientific products may be ordered from Promega until December 21^st, 2012.

Customers that are used to source Thermo Scientific products from Promega Helix™ cabinets may continue to do so until the end of December 2012. In January 2013, any Thermo Scientific products remaining in the Helix™ cabinets will be sold off but not re-supplied.

Effective January 1^st, 2013, Promega will no longer accept orders for Thermo Scientific products, which may be purchased either directly from Thermo Scientific or from one of their regional distributors:

Sehr geehrter Kunde, sehr geehrte Kundin,

Wir möchten Sie informieren, dass Promega zum 1. Januar 2013 keine Thermo Scientific Produkte mehr in Europa vertreiben wird. Zu diesen Produkten gehören MBP^® und ART^® Verbrauchsmaterialien als auch Finnpipette^® Pipetten. Wir werden weiterhin alles daran setzen, unseren Europäischen Kunden bestmögliche Lösungen und Reagenzien für die Forschung anzubieten; jedoch sind wir zum Schluss gekommen, dass das Distributionsverhältnis mit Thermo Scientific nicht länger den Bedürfnissen unserer gemeinsamen Kunden und Promega's strategischer Ausrichtung entspricht. Deshalb hat sich Promega entschlossen, sich verstärkt auf das Kerngeschäft zu konzentrieren, in welchem wir auch den hohen Servicestandard und konkurrenzfähige Preise sicherstellen können, welche Sie von uns erwarten.

Wir werden uns bemühen, den Übergang für alle Parteien so reibungslos wie möglich zu gestalten. Thermo Scientific Produkte können weiterhin bis zum 21. Dezember 2012 über Promega bestellt werden.

Kunden, welche ihre Thermo Scientific Produkte über Promega Helix™ Kabinette beziehen, können dies auch weiterhin bis Ende Dezember tun. Im Januar 2013 werden Thermo Scientific Produkte, welche in den Helix™ Kabinetten verblieben sind, abverkauft und nicht mehr ersetzt.

Ab 1. Januar 2013 wird Promega keine Bestellungen für Thermo Scientific Produkte mehr annehmen; diese können dann entweder direkt bei Thermo Scientific oder einem der lokalen Händler bezogen werden:

Nous tenons à vous informer qu'à compter du 1er janvier 2013, Promega ne distribuera plus les produits Thermo Scientific en Europe. Parmi ces produits, les consommables Molecular BioProducts MBP® et ART® (pointes de pipettes filtrées), ainsi que les pipettes Finnpipette®. Tout en poursuivant notre engagement à fournir à nos clients européens les meilleurs outils et réactifs pour la recherche, nous avons considéré que la distribution des produits Thermo Scientific n'était plus conforme aux besoins de nos clients et au développement stratégique de Promega.

Dés lors, Promega a décidé de se concentrer sur ses compétences de base, afin de pouvoir continuer à vous assurer un service de haut niveau et de vous garantir des prix compétitifs.

Nous nous efforcerons de rendre cette transition aussi simple que possible. Les produits Thermo Scientific peuvent être commandés auprès de Promega jusqu'au 21 décembre 2012.

Les clients qui s'approvisionnent en produits Thermo Scientific auprès de nos stocks de consignation Promega Helix™ peuvent continuer à le faire jusqu'à la fin décembre 2012. En janvier 2013, tous les produits Thermo Scientific restant dans les stocks de consignation Promega Helix ™ seront encore en vente jusqu'à épuisement de ceux-ci mais ne seront pas réapprovisionnés.

À compter du 1er janvier 2013, Promega n'acceptera plus les commandes pour les produits Thermo Scientific, ceux-ci pourront être achetés soit directement auprès de Thermo Scientific ou l'un de leurs distributeurs locaux :
