Login to www.promegapoints.com and go to 'My Account'. Next, click on the 'Claim points' link. You must claim points within 4 months of the date on your Promega invoice. Once points are in your Promega Points account (i.e. claimed), they do not expire. Points are available to claim on the day after you receive your products for regular orders or, in the case of Helix On-Site Stocking, on the day the unit is replenished.
Points may be claimed by entering a combination of 2 out of 3 parameters into the 'Claim Points' page. These parameters are
Promega Account/Customer Number
Promega Reference/Order Number
Promega Catalogue Number
A Customer Number/Order Number or Order Number/Catalogue Number combination will bring up all items on the order.
A Customer Number/Catalogue Number combination will bring up a list of all the orders for that product that have been placed. However, items ordered over 4 months ago will be crossed out and their points not available to claim. Select the relevant products from the list to claim your points.
Your account number is printed on your invoice and delivery docket as the "Customer No.".

The Promega reference number is on your Tax Invoice and Delivery Note.
On these documents, it is called 'Promega Order'.
