go to 'My
Account'. Next, click on the 'Claim points' link.
You must claim points within 4 months of the
your Promega invoice. Once points are in your Promega
Points account (i.e. claimed), they do not expire. Points are
available to claim on the day after you receive your
products for regular orders or, in the case of Helix On-Site
Stocking, on the day the unit is replenished.
Points may be claimed by entering a combination of 2 out of 3
parameters into the 'Claim Points' page. These parameters
Customer Number/Order Number or Order Number/Catalogue Number
combination will bring up all items on the order.
Customer Number/Catalogue Number combination will bring up a
list of all the orders for that product that have been placed.
However, items ordered over 4 months ago will be crossed out and
their points not available to claim.
Select the relevant products from
the list to claim your points.
