Quick links: Application form ι Request a brochure This highly successful programme has now been implemented in many institutes and can offer you the convenience, flexibility and value of on-site stock. Implementation We will purchase and place a freezer (-20oC) and/or cabinet in your Institute/Department and stock it with items as requested by you. The freezer unit remains the property and responsibility of Promega. Alternatively, stock can be stored in your own freezer. Products with other storage requirements can also be included in the programme. Stock levels Both the type and level of stock in the PromegaExpressTM Freezer Programme is dependent upon your estimated usage. We can assist with the initial determination of inventory type and levels by providing a record of product used over a given time period (usually one year). The flexibility of the programme is such that inventory levels can be adjusted (i.e. increased/decreased, added/deleted) according to the your ongoing requirements. Using the PromegaExpressTM Freezer Programme and Restocking When you require a product. You simply remove it from the freezer or cupboard and a record is made on the set of inventory sheets provided. These inventory sheets are faxed to Promega’s Sydney office for invoice processing and to determine the replacement inventory required. |

Discounts A discount applies to stock purchases made through the programme. The discount rate is determined by your level of expenditure over a 12 month period. All restocking inventory is sent freight free. A discount may also apply to purchases made outside of the programme and these purchases may be shipped freight-free with freezer replenishments depending on timing. Maintenance and security Although Promega is responsible for the maintenance of the freezer, we do expect that you will take reasonable care of the freezer. Access to the freezer can be restricted to nominated person(s) for added security, by placing a lock (key or combination) on the freezer if required. Product stability and guarantee Promega only provides the highest quality products. Many of our products are expiry dated. This ensures freshness of product. Any product that is part of the programme that has not been used and has reached its expiry date will be replaced free of charge or removed from inventory.
