How To
Order From Promega
Orders can be placed
by phone, fax, mail,
email or online. Customer
service representatives are available Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
(Eastern Standard Time)
When placing an order please include the
following information:
- Shipping address
- Billing address
- Purchase order number
- Catalogue number, size, quantity and name of each
product ordered.
To avoid duplication of an order, please be sure
that any written confirmation of a telephone order is clearly marked
CONFIRMATION.

Prices and Terms
10% GST applies to all products. Catalogue prices are excluding GST.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment terms are nett 30
days.
MasterCard, Bankcard, Visa and American Express credit facilities are
available.

Shipping
All orders are dispatched from our head office in Sydney.
Sydney customers: Delivery is same day for orders received
before 12pm. Orders received after 12pm will be delivered overnight. We
also have a special 3 hour delivery service. Please enquire for details.
Interstate and intrastate customers: Orders received before 4.30 p.m.
will be delivered the next day.
Freight/packaging and coolant charges:
All Australian states $31
Sydney Metropolitan $26
For customers requesting delivery by their own courier a
packaging/coolant charge of $8 applies.
Domestic orders over $750 exGST are free of delivery charges, however
a $8 packaging/coolant applies. Where appropriate a Dangerous Goods Charge
will applies. |

Product returns |
A return authorisation is required. Please do not return any product
without first contacting Promega. In the case of a purchasing error, it
is our policy to deny return of product. Due to the temperature
sensitivity of our products we are unable to resell returned goods.
