Abstract for Isolation of High-Quality RNA for Use in Microarray
Expression Profiling with Pronto!™ Plus Systems
Microarray technology has become an increasingly utilized tool
in the field of RNA expression analysis, giving researchers the
means to monitor the expression of numerous genes simultaneously on
one arrayed slide. The quality and consistency of the reagents and
protocols used to print and process the microarrays influences the
quality and reliability of the microarray results. The Pronto!™
