silencing with minimal levels of cell death compared to other siRNA
transfection reagents.
The
TransFast™ Transfection Reagent is a cationic liposome designed for transfection.
Advantages include flexibility in the macromolecules that are delivered,
in vitro and in vivo applications, ability to more reproducibly transfect
cells that are recalcitrant to other methods and suitability for transient
and stable transfection.
The
Tfx™ Reagents are a mixture of a synthetic, cationic and fusogenic lipids. All Tfx™ Reagents
contain the same concentration of the cationic lipid component but are formulated with different molar ratios of the fusogenic lipid, DOPE. The Tfx™ Reagents
may be used to transfect cells in the presence of serum. This can be advantageous for transfecting primary cells, which
tend to lose viability without serum.
Trasfectam® Reagent is a synthetic, cationic lipopolyamine molecule. Transfectam
® Reagent allows efficient
transfection of a wide range of eukaryotic cells. Transfectam
® Reagent has been used for both stable
and transient transfections, with both established cell lines and primary cell cultures and for in vivo applications.
The
ProFection® Mammalian Transfection System is a calcium phosphate-mediated transfection procedure. Each system contains sufficient
reagents for 40 high-efficiency transfections of cells plated in
100mm tissue culture dishes.
