Reverse Transcription
ImProm-II™ Reverse Transcriptase
directly replaces the common "xScript" enzyme and provides robust, full-length
cDNA synthesis.
The ImProm-II™ Reverse Transcription System has a newly formulated
reverse transcriptase and an optimized set of reagents designed
for efficient, robust synthesis of first-strand cDNA in preparation
for amplification by PCR. The powerful ImProm-II™ RT and reaction
buffer provide reproducible transcription of rare and long mRNAs
in a convenient format.
cDNA Synthesis
The Universal RiboClone®
cDNA System simplifies a complex series of enzymatic steps involved in
the copying
of mRNA into double-stranded cDNA and subsequently preparing
the termini for vector ligation.
RT-PCR
The
AccessQuick™ RT-PCR System is an easy and convenient system for setting up
one-tube RT-PCR. This system increases the convenience of RT-PCR by combining
all of the PCR components in a single tube. The AMV Reverse Transcriptase
enzyme is provided in a separate tube to enable negative RT controls.
