PCR Nucleotide Mix
The PCR Nucleotide Mix supplies a single solution containing each dNTP (dATP, dTTP, dGTP, dCTP) at 10mM. Reaction size is considered to be 200μM of each dNTP in a 50μl reaction. Each reaction uses 1μl of PCR Nucleotide Mix. The PCR Nucleotide Mix is also functionally tested in RT-PCR.
