We're so confident that you'll love our vacuum pump bundles that we'll back them with our "Pure Satisfaction" guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the vacuum pump bundle, including the associated nucleic acid purification kit, we will send you any alternate Promega products up to 100% of the vacuum pump bundle purchase price. And, you can keep the vacuum pump and the Vac-Man® manifold.

If you purchase nucleic acid purification products through our PromegaExpress™ Onsite stocking program for the first time and you are not completely satisfied we will send you any alternate Promega products up to 100% of the purchase price.

"Pure Satisfaction" Guarantee Rules:

  1. The "Pure Satisfaction" Guarantee is valid for 30 days from the original date of purchase.
  2. Promega agrees to send alternate Promega products of the customer's choice, up to the original purchase price. No refunds will be issued. All replacement products must be ordered at one time and shipped together to the same location as the original purchase.
  3. The "Pure Satisfaction" Guarantee is only valid for the following Promega catalog numbers:

    A6732 A6742 A6752 A6762 A6772 A6782 A6792 A6812 Z3372 Z3382

    Or any Promega nucleic acid purification product purchased for the first time through the Promega Express onsite stocking program.
  4. The "Pure Satisfaction" guarantee is not available in all geographic regions. Please check with your Promega representative or authorized Promega distributor partner for availability in your area.
  5. To claim the replacement products, the customer must:
    1. Provide written details of product performance.
    2. Upon Promega's request, return any unopened nucleic acid purification kits and the unused spin columns from opened purification kits. (Liquid reagents from opened nucleic acid purification kits should be disposed of at the customer site.) The customer may keep the vacuum pump and the Vac-Man® manifold, free of charge.
  6. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery of replacement products.
  7. The "Pure Satisfaction" guarantee may be terminated with 10 days notice. Any vacuum pump bundles purchased before the date of termination will be covered by the "Pure Satisfaction" guarantee. Promega will post notice of termination and the termination date on this page: www.promega.com/puresatisfaction.
