PCR Cloning

Four simple steps for PCR cloning, without the hassle, steps and expense of other methods.

  1. Amplify: How does your Taq compare to GoTaq? Take the GoTaq Challenge and find out.
  2. Purify: Purify your PCR product from a gel slice or directly from PCR in 15 minutes using the
    Wizard® SV Gel and PCR Clean-Up System.
  3. Clone: Clone your PCR product into the pGEM®-T Vector of your choice in about an hour.
  4. Transform: Transform Competent cells, use Promega's High Efficiency JM109, or Single-Step (KRX) competent cells.
