Detect Calpain Easily
The
Calpain-Glo™ Protease Assay measures calpain I (μ) and II (m) activities. A single addition of Calpain-Glo™ Reagent to test samples results in calpain cleavage of the substrate and generation of a luminescent signal that is proportional to the amount of calpain
