Cytotoxicity

NEW!  Cytotox-Glo™ Cytotoxicity Assay is a luminescent cytotoxicity assay that measures the relative number of dead cells in cell populations.

MultiTox-Glo Multiplex Cytotoxicity Assay is a sequential-reagent-addition fluorescent and luminescent assay that measures the relative number of live and dead cells in cell populations. The MultiTox-Glo Assay sequentially measures two protease activities; one is a marker of viability, and the other is a marker of cytotoxicity.

CytoTox-ONE™ Homogeneous Membrane Integrity Assay provides a simple, homogeneous LDH-release assay. This assay is a 10-minute coupled fluorescent assay that measures the release of LDH from cells with a damaged membrane.

CytoTox 96® Non-Radioactive Cytotoxicity Assay, a colorimetric assay that also measures LDH release from damaged cells.
