How do I check my online order history?
How do I check the status of an online order after I've
submitted it?
- How do I check my online order history?
- Ensure you are logged in and click Order History in the left-hand navigation bar (under
My Account). You will have the opportunity to search or browse your orders using the
following options:
Basic Search: Enter a Web confirmation number to search for an
individual order.
Advanced Search: Search for orders using various criteria (e.g.
Catalog Number, Date Range).
Browse Orders: Shows a list of online orders where you may select
one an view its details.
The order history screen is also where you can to to check the status of an order in
process.

- Ensure you are logged in and click the Order History link in the left-hand navigation in
the catalog portion of the site. Fine the order in question by searching or browsing
the list of your orders. When you find the order, select 'View Details.' The
details page will show the status of each line item in your order. There are four
possible status messages for each line item:
New Order: Order has not entered processing yet.
Backordered: Product is on backorder.
Processing: We've received the order and are processing it.
Shipped: We've received the order, processed it and it's been
shipped.
