How do I add a billing or shipping address to my profile?
Ensure you are logged in and click Manage Addresses in the left-hand navigation bar (under My Account). If you have no addresses, the screen will notify you that your address book is empty and provide a link to add a new address.

If you have addresses, they will display with options to Edit, Copy or Delete each address. There will also be an Add a New Address link at the top of the page, which will take you to the address form where you can enter information for a new address.

You may also add addresses during the checkout process. As you check out, you will be asked to choose a Shipping and Billing Address for your order. On each of these screens, you will have the opportunity to add a new address, if you do not wish to use one that’s already in your profile. If you have no addresses in your profile at the point of checking out, you will be required to specify one for billing and one for shipping before your order may go through.
 
How do I look at my current shopping cart?
There are two ways to access your current shopping cart:

1.  Click the Order tab (with the shopping cart graphic) in the top navigation bar, which is available on every page of the site.
2.  Within the catalog, click Shopping Cart in the left-hand navigation (under "Online Catalog").
 
How do I save a shopping cart?
From the shopping cart, click Save Shopping Cart at the bottom of the page, next to "Proceed to Checkout." You will be taken to a screen where you can either save the cart under a name of your choice, or, if you have other saved carts, you may append the products in your cart to one of your saved carts. Once you save a cart, you may access it through the My Carts screen. You get to the My Carts screen through the link on the left-hand navigation in the catalog under the My Account header. You must be logged in to access your carts.
 
What is the My Carts screen and how do I use it?
My Carts is where all your saved shopping carts are stored, waiting for your use. When you want to access a saved cart to use as your active shopping cart, click on the My Carts link in the left-hand navigation within the catalog (ensure you are logged in first). A list of your saved carts will come up. At this point, you may do several things:

1.  Select a cart from the list and press ‘View Cart’ to show the selected cart and make it your active cart.
2.  Select a cart from the list and press ‘Delete Cart’ to delete the cart.
3.  Press ‘Create New Cart’ to generate an empty, unnamed cart. Pressing this takes you to the catalog homepage where you may begin to select products to add to this cart.
4.  Press ‘Continue Shopping’ to return to the catalog homepage. Your active cart will be the same as before you accessed the My Carts page.
 
How do I add a credit card to my profile? (North America, Australia, U.K. and Japan customers only)
Ensure you are logged in and click ‘Manage Credit Cards’ from the left-hand navigation within the catalog. You will be taken to a screen where you can fill in your credit card information. You may also enter credit card information during the checkout process, in the Payment Method screen. You may only have one credit card on file at a time, so if you wish to use a different card, its information will overwrite any card you used previously.
 
Please note we only accept the following credit cards at this time:
North America: MasterCard, Visa and American Express
Australia: MasterCard, Visa, Bankcard and American Express
U.K.: Delta, MasterCard, Switch and Visa
Japan: MasterCard and Visa
 
How do I purchase products using a P.O. number?
As you’re sending a cart through the checkout process for order, you’ll get to a Payment Method screen where you can select to pay by P.O. number. You can either enter a P.O. number in the field, or, if you’ve ordered online using P.O. numbers before, you may choose from a dropdown box of saved P.O. numbers.
