- How do I ensure the privacy of my information?
- The majority of sensitive information is handled while youre logged in to
Promega.com. Therefore, the single best thing you can do to keep your information safe is
to log off every time youre done using the online system. You can find the Logoff
link in the left-hand navigation of the catalog portion of the site. Logoff is also
suggested on the Order Confirmation page you receive after submitting an order.

Why should I register?
- Registering allows you to enjoy advanced account management tools and makes your
shopping experience more personalized and efficient. Once registered, you can:
1. Save billing and shipping addresses with your profile.
2. Create and save multiple carts to manage product needs for multiple projects (or
use a shopping list to provide to a purchaser).
3. View your online order history.
4. Store credit card information, encrypted for your security.
5. Receive e-mail configuration of online orders and order status.
6. Participate in our new Promega Express™ program (if available at your location).

You may access registration through the login screen by clicking New
User? Register Now. You may also register from the catalog homepage by clicking New User
on the left hand navigation bar under the Login header.
Once on the registration screen, you'll fill in a username and password and some basic
profile information including name, e-mail address, institution/company and country.
(Promega Express™ users will also indicate Promega Express™
Site Code
on this page).

You will see a link below the username and password fields that says, Forgot your
password? Click this link, enter your username and we'll e-mail your
password to you.

assistance in getting the customer's username.

- Weve only had registration on our site since the beginning of December, 2000.
Unless youve gone through the registration process since then, you are not yet
registered on our site, regardless of if youve submitted orders in the past. If you
have registered since early December, please ensure your username is at least four
characters and your password is at least seven characters. If you have not registered yet,
please do so to create your username and password.
