Instructions

1. Purchase five of the following catalog items in any combination now through June 30, 2013.

2. Remove the "game piece" found on the product stuffer in product packages.

3. Apply the "game piece" to the redemption card.

4. Complete all items on the redemption card and return to the appropriate branch location found on the country-specific redemption card.

5. That's it, your gift will be sent to you and you will automatically be entered into our monthly iPad drawing.* First drawing will be held November 30, 2012.

6. All entries will also be eligible for our grand prize drawing on July 8, 2013 for one of three iPads.*

*Previous winners of iPads are not eligible for future iPad drawings.

Eligibility

Open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, are customers of Promega Corporation and purchase products which qualify for specified promotion. This promotion may not be available in all geographic regions. Please check with your Promega representatives or authorized Promega distributor for availability in your area. Void where prohibited by law or institutional policy.

Rules

• Collect three product "game pieces" from product stuffers found in product packages.
• Adhere the "game pieces" to the redemption card.
• Return the completed card to Promega Corporation to redeem your gift(s).
• Each redemption card submitted and post-marked no later than the last day of the respective month is eligible for the monthly iPad drawing.
• The monthly iPad drawing will be held the 7th day of the next month from all eligible redemption cards received.
• You may enter as many times as you wish during each month of the promotion (minimum of 5 game pieces required for eligibility).
• All eligible entries, which have not previously won an iPad in the monthly drawing, will be eligible for the grand prize drawing on July 8, 2013.
• Three entries will be selected through a random drawing for the grand prize. If you win, you are no longer eligible for the grand prize drawing.
• Winners will be notified by email, phone and/or postal mail at the sole discretion of Promega.
• In the event the winner cannot receive his/her prize for any reason, the prize shall be awarded to an alternate winner via another random drawing.
• Prizes will be shipped in 2-4 weeks of drawing.

General

• No prize transfer or cash redemption permitted.
• No prize substitution, except by the sole discretion of Promega, in which case a prize of comparable or greater value will be awarded.
• By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by the rules and decisions of Promega which shall be final in all respects relating to the drawing, including without limitation to the interpretation of this rule.
• Participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Promega, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and their officers, directors, agents and representatives and their respective employees from any and all claims, charges, injuries, liability, losses and/or damages of any kind resulting from or arising out of the participation in this promotion.
• Promega, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and their officers, directors, agents and representatives and their respective employees are not responsible and shall not be liable for: (a) late entries due to delays in delivery of redemption cards and (b) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Promega that may cause you entry to be disrupted or delayed.
