Reverse transcription, generating cDNA from RNA,
is a crucial step in many experiments, from
cloning to gene expression studies like qPCR.
This basic webinar will cover the essentials of
reverse transcription, as well as some of the

RNA sample preparation, RT enzyme & reaction
considerations, primer choice, and integration
of the RT process with downstream assays. We
