Within one week of each entry deadline (below), Promega will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to the deadline. The winner will be notified by e-mail, phone and/or postal mail at the sole discretion of Promega. In the event a winner cannot receive his/her prize for any reason, the prize shall be awarded to an alternate winner via another random drawing. All entrants remain eligible for the BRYT Green® Dye Campaign drawings listed below that occur after the date of submission. Entry deadlines may be extended without prior notice.

If participant is located in an area not supported by a Promega representative or authorized Promega distributor, the participant is responsible for all duty taxes, customs clearance cost and freight in a timely manner.
In case of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an online entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the email account is registered. The person granted the 12-month discount may be required to provide evidence that he/she is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of the prize.
Promega reserves the right to remove content submitted as a part of the BRYT Green® Dye Campaign that it deems to be inappropriate, in its sole discretion.
By entering the BRYT Green® Dye Campaign, you grant Promega the unrestricted right to use the information or data for marketing or commercial purposes.
No prize transfer or cash redemption permitted. No prize substitution, except by the sole discretion of Promega, in which case a prize of comparable or greater value will be awarded.
