Researchers may use this product for research use only, no commercial use is
allowed. Commercial Use means any and all uses of this product and
derivatives by a party for monetary or other consideration and may include
but is not limited to use in: (1) product manufacture; and (2) to provide a

derivatives, whether or not such product or derivatives are resold for use
in research. Researchers shall have no right to modify or otherwise create
variations of the nucleotide sequence of the luciferase gene except that

The use of this product and derivatives thereof is strictly limited to
that of a life sciences research reagent. All other use is strictly
prohibited, including but not limited to any diagnostic, therapeutic, or
commercial use. The use of this product for in vivo bioluminescent imaging
may be covered by one or more patents controlled by Caliper Life Sciences,
Inc. Those patents include U.S. Pat. Nos. 5,650,135, 6,217,847, 6,923,951,
6,908,605, 6,890,515, and corresponding foreign patents and pending
applications. The purchase or transfer of this product is not intended,
either expressly or by implication, to grant any right or license to
practice under the foregoing patents. Purchasers are advised to contact

ddRNAi System Limited Use Label License
GeneClip™ U1 Hairpin Cloning Systems
This product is sold solely for use for research purposes in fields other
than plants. This product is not transferable. If the purchaser is not
willing to accept the conditions of this label license, Promega is willing
to accept the return of the product and provide the purchaser with a full
refund. However if the product is used, then the purchaser agrees to be
bound by the conditions of this limited use statement. This product is sold
by Promega Corporation under license from Benitec Australia Ltd and CSIRO as
co-owners of U.S. Pat. No. 6,573,099 and foreign counterparts. For
information regarding licenses to these patents for use of ddRNAi as a
therapeutic agent or as a method to treat/prevent human disease, please

Only for research use by nonprofit entities. The terms of the
limited license conveyed with the purchase of this product are as follows:
Customers from nonprofit entities may use the product for internal research
use only, including drug discovery and protein expression conducted for the
sole benefit of such nonprofit entity. Drug discovery and protein expression
conducted pursuant to an agreement with any for-profit entity, or for
consideration received from any for-profit entity, is expressly excluded
from this license, and is strictly prohibited without a license from Fugent,
LLC. Use of the product by nonprofit entities for commercial product
development, manufacturing of materials for sale, fee for service research,
production of viruses, clinical trials and/or resale is strictly prohibited
without a license from Fugent, LLC (contact information: License@FugentLLC.com).
Customers from for-profit entities are not authorized to use product without
first executing a license from Fugent, LLC. You may not attempt to reverse
engineer this product. For purposes of this label license, a nonprofit
entity shall not include any entity that receives a majority of its funding
or is otherwise controlled by a for-profit entity.
If the purchaser/recipient is not willing to accept the conditions of
this limited use statement, the distributor from whom the product was
purchased will accept the return of the unopened product and provide the
purchaser/recipient with a full refund. However, in the event this product
is opened, then the purchaser/recipient agrees to be bound by the conditions
